Our Staff in Crystal, MN

Lori is a people person and a greeter extraordinaire! She enjoys her daily interactions with people at the clinic in many different capacities throughout the day. She was a teacher and children’s ministry director before joining our staff. Outside of work, Lori is a wife, mother, and grandma to 7 beautiful grandchildren.

Taylor brings more than 8 years of experience in the optical field. With a background in Psychology, she is dedicated to the patient experience and helping the front desk team grow. Known for her love of problem solving and insurance verification, she strives to make sure our patients receive exceptional care. She enjoys the challenges and learning in her role and says she learns something new every day. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys crafting, gardening, and hanging out with her family and her pets.

Lynn joined Crystal Vision Clinic in 2021 after working as a nursing assistant for over seven years. She has been enjoying learning new skills, as well as working with a fantastic team! A fun fact about Lynn is that she is Peruvian on her dad’s side and has been practicing her Spanish with many of our patients. When she’s not at work, Lynn likes to read and shop for books (they are two separate hobbies!); watch movies; bowl; and spend time with friends, family, and their pets. 

Emma loves the day to day interactions with patients and being able to assist them in a multitude of different ways. She joined us after working with toddlers at a childcare center, so she’s a great multitasker. She is a recent college graduate and a lifelong learner. Outside of work she likes to read, play board games, and spoil her two cats, Eleanor and Bucky.

Vicki has many years of reception experience and enjoys interacting with our patients and her team. Outside of work, Vicki loves traveling, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

Stacy is a fantastic addition to our team. After dedicating time as a stay-at-home mom and pursuing her education at Anoka Technical College for Medical Coding, she’s now working on her associate’s degree in health information management. Stacy loves the diversity of her work here at CVC. Away from the office, she loves live music, BBQ gatherings, and cheering on her kids at sports events. Fun fact: Stacy is the eldest of 11 siblings—she has 3 sisters and 7 brothers!

Hannah’s favorite part of her job is connecting with patients and showing that we care for each of them—not just their eyes! Before working at Crystal Vision Clinic, Hannah worked as a retail manager. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys traveling and spending time with her 2 dogs, Dixie and Dany. A fun fact about Hannah is that she was born with a broken nose!

Lisa is our lead in the optometric assistant department. She loves interacting with patients. During her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to movies, playing video games, reading books, and having game nights with friends.

Melissa has been in the optometry field for over 2 years, working as an optician before joining Crystal Vision Clinic. Her favorite part of her job is learning and helping our patients! Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling, hiking, rock hunting, and crafts. She has also taken dance lessons for over 20 years!

Rebecca came to us after working as a career navigation counselor for a non-profit that helps adults with disabilities. She loves her job here because she learns something new every day and gets to meet awesome new people. In her free time, you’ll often find her enjoying the outdoors, reading, dancing, and weightlifting. Oh, and she’s double-jointed in her elbows! How cool is that?

Lauren joined our team after graduating from Iowa State University in May 2024. This is her first role in the optometry field, she loves getting to meet patients and deepen her knowledge of optometry. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, discovering new coffee shops, running, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Eugene is Crystal Vision Clinic’s optical manager. He is an ABO-certified optician who has been working in the optical world for 18 years. He has also had a career as a teacher and vice principal. When asked what he loves about his job, Eugene said, “everything!” In particular, he enjoys the combination of technical skills and fashions the job requires.

Kimberly has been an optician for over 20 years. She is an ABO-certified optician, and what she loves most about her job are the patients and her co-workers. A fun fact about Kimberly is that her favorite color is pink—maybe you can tell that from her picture!

Em got her start as an optician at Crystal Vision Clinic in 2020 and became board certified in 2023. She grew up in Robbinsdale – Attending Lakeview, Sandburg and Cooper.

She now lives in Brooklyn Park with her husband and two sons (a high schooler and middle schooler). They have a few animals too! A dog, 2 cats, a bunny and 3 chickens. Em would rather be outside than inside, loves traveling to Puerto Rico, going to concerts and doing jigsaw puzzles.

ABO certified

Miko joined us after working at America’s Best with 2 years of experience as an optician. She loves helping patients find the perfect frame and seeing the big smile they have when they try their new glasses for the first time. Outside of work, Miko likes to draw and play video games. A fun fact about Miko is that she was born in the California Bay Area.

Gail has over 30 years of experience working as an optician and is ABO Certified. She enjoys both the technical and fashion aspects of her work. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and black cat, Athena. 

Kate brings a wealth of experience to her role as an optician, with over 14 years in the field. Her favorite part of her job is the opportunity to meet and work with cool people. Away from work, she is an avid reader and aspires to expand her gardening skills. Kate’s world revolves around her beloved dog, Mimi, whom she absolutely adores.

Tina has been working in the optical field for 22 years. She is currently our billing specialist, fills in for other departments as needed, and helps with the clinic’s tech needs. She loves helping people and working with the challenge of tracking claims as a billing specialist. Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and learning about holistic nutrition.

Sherri has worked in healthcare management for the past 20 years. She is committed to exceeding expectations by working with the team to help provide exceptional patient experiences and personalized care. When she is away from work, Sherri enjoys music, new adventures, time in nature, gardening, and spending time with her grandbabies.
